1. If the Error Is on Our Part

If we dispatch the wrong size or wrong gasket profile despite receiving the correct measurements and required information from you, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.

In such cases, we will bear the courier costs associated with the replacement.

2. If Incorrect Measurements Are Provided

If the gasket is manufactured according to the measurements supplied by the customer but does not fit because the measurements were incorrect, a replacement or return will not be accepted.

3. If the Wrong Gasket Profile Is Ordered

If the delivered gasket matches the product/profile ordered but the customer selected an incompatible profile, this will not be considered an error on our part. A replacement will not be accepted in such cases.

4. Replacement Request Requirements

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
Send a clear photo of the received gasket and the issue.
Share your order number and relevant details through WhatsApp.
Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
