2. Measure Accurately: Measure the length and width/height of your existing gasket according to the measurement guide. Enter the measurements in the unit requested on the product page.
3. Verify Your Measurements: A small difference of approximately 1–2 mm is generally not a problem. However, a difference of ½ inch or 1 inch can cause improper fitting.
4. Check Compatibility: Refrigerator brand alone does not guarantee compatibility. The size and fitting profile must match.
5. Custom-Made Orders: Where the gasket is made according to customer-provided measurements, manufacturing will follow the measurements supplied by the customer.

Order Processing & Shipping

• Preparation Time: Approximately 3–5 working days after order confirmation.
• Dispatch: The gasket will be dispatched once it is ready.

Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

All refrigerator gaskets are non-returnable. Please carefully verify the measurements, fitting profile, and product compatibility before ordering.

1. If the Error Is on Our Part

If we dispatch the wrong size or wrong gasket profile despite receiving the correct measurements and required information from you, you may request a replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.

In such cases, we will bear the courier costs associated with the replacement.

2. If Incorrect Measurements Are Provided

If the gasket is manufactured according to the measurements supplied by the customer but does not fit because the measurements were incorrect, a replacement or return will not be accepted.

3. If the Wrong Gasket Profile Is Ordered

If the delivered gasket matches the product/profile ordered but the customer selected an incompatible profile, this will not be considered an error on our part. A replacement will not be accepted in such cases.

4. Replacement Request Requirements

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Send a clear photo of the received gasket and the issue.
• Share your order number and relevant details through WhatsApp.
• Requests made after the 7-day period will not be accepted.

Replacement eligibility will be assessed according to the policy above. The product is non-returnable, and this policy does not guarantee replacement for every fitting issue.
